The Company introduced engineering plastic modification technology and related equipment from Germany and established Nanjing Dellon Plastic Alloy Co., Ltd. with production capacity of 10,000 tons in Yuhuatai District, Nanjing after registration.
Reinforced nylon, flame-retardant nylon and other products obtained SGS International Environmental approval.

Ningbo Sales Branch was founded in Ningbo East China Material Market.
The Company’s reinforced PA66 specially used for acid-and-alkali-resistant rail bolts obtained the approval by Construction Section of the Ministry of Railways.

The Company’s halogen-free environmental flame-retardant PA66 obtained the approval by the Ministry of Railways.
Changzhou Sales Branch was founded in Jiangsu Changjiang Plastic Industry Park.

A branch company focusing on import and export of foreign plastic raw materials was founded and established favorable trading relations with Taiwan Zig Sheng, Du Pont, Invida, etc.
The Company’s anti-freezing solution reinforced PA66 passed tests of Volkswagen. The products are applied to automobile sensors, water tank, etc.
Sales revenue of principal business increased by over 60% for 4 years.

Laid the foundation of Phase II Plant with total investment of about 100 million yuan in Nanjing Lishui Economic Development Zone
Taizhou Sales Branch was founded in Taizhou Plastic Industry Park.
Primary management features and enterprise culture formed.

| 2010 |
The Company’s new plant was completed and started production after passing the environmental appraisal. The newly-increased capacity reached 50,000 ton/year. The major products were engineering plastic including PA6, PA66 and high-performance PC/ABS and PC/PBT. All the above products reached the design capacity. The annual increased production value reached RMB 1 billion.
The Labor Union of Nanjing Dellon Plastic Alloy Co., Ltd. was founded in November.
